Board of Directors Responsibility Statement

Collectively, the Board of Directors will:

Ensure adequate resources.
Annually review the goals of the organization.
Set policies concerning the operation of the Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Georgia, Inc.
Approve and monitor annual budgets.
Ensure that controls are in place for compliance with applicable Federal, State and local laws, and carry other duties required by the By-laws.
